Kindly check your order upon checkout as all goods sold are NON-returnable, NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.
Return / Exchange
Return/Exchange of Products or cancel subscription can be arranged under the following reasons:
- If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
- If the product is out of date or expired; or
- If the wrong product which is different from the order is delivered
(a) If any product which was not included in the customer’s order is delivered to the customer, we shall collect the product from the customer.
(b) The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
(c) The return of a product by a customer does not automatically warrant for a refund. We will inspect the returned products upon receipt of the same. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
(d) We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense of any in your transportation processing of the said return/exchanged
Incorrect / Damaged item
We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused!
- Kindly contact our customer service within 72 hours from the date of delivery and our team will assist you in this. If a report is made after 72 hours, the claim will be automatically rejected

Do note that consumable items like food and skincare that have been opened/used are *non-returnable nor refundable*.
Who will pay for postage for exchanging damaged / defected products?
We will be responsible for postage incurred for returns and redelivery. Do let us know and we will assist accordingly.
How do i return ?
- Contact us and provide us with your Order ID, name of item and the reason for returning ( picture or video). Our customer team will be happy to assist you with the return process.
- The customer is required to send back the affected product(s) to us. All return/exchanged will be made within 7 workings days after receiving and verifying the returned goods.
